The UG and PG department of Commerce and UG department of management studies, organized LUMINATE 2K19on July 19thwith an objective to expose students to various business and entrepreneurial activities, fostering cordial relationships among students and a sense of co-operation.Formal events Quriosity, The Pacesetters, Marketkshetra and informal events Fire Groovers, Tik-Tok Stars, FashionBash were organised in LUMINATE 2K19. ‘Mr.Boppudi Hari’ Assistant commissioner of sales tax (GST) the chief guest of the event urged the student to uphold their self-esteem and utilise technology in a way that leads to their self-development. Miss.Veerisetti.Swetha senior news caster Eenadu television pvt,, the Guest of Honour who is also an alumina recollected her memories with Maris Stella college and memorised how her alma mater has build her self-esteem which helped her to achieve her golas in carreer inspite of many obstacles. Over 100 participants across many colleges participated in both formal and informal events.
